Got with nature

Virginia, Dawn, and I had a nice hike up at Lighthouse Park today..what a gorgeous view, walked into some webbing (yuk), got slightly lost, climbed up on some rocks and took pics on a regular camera with the timer, carved our initials on a tree, and ate a fruit salad on a small cliff overlooking the water.

(Dawn will get her pics developed and hopefully they will look great and I can post here.)

Later we headed to Deep Cove for a picnic by the water and kayaked for my first time! It was a lot of fun and such a great way to get with nature (i picked up a starfish at the shore...it felt all squishy and cool!)

Week 2:

Tuesday - Missed TMD because of CONTENDER finale but atleast did over 50 (double punching situps) after watching it. Alfonso Gomez vs. Jesse Brinkly for 3rd place. Awesome fight! Gomez won!

Wednesday - Hiked 2 hrs. & Kayaked 1.5 hrs.

*Side Note-Laptop is fixed...words cannot describe how happy i am now! :)
